Tortellini Bites
Just following the recipe and not adding anything to it results in a dull, distasteful dish. The sauce was more sticky than creamy. Rather disappointed. I used low sodium chicken broth and still thought it was too salty. I think it's best to start from scratch using a different recipe.

Cherry Shortbread Cookies
I can't say I've made too many shortbread cookies but these were melt in your mouth amazing. Thank you for the tip to only use 3/4 cup butter, I dare say that you might be able to get away with only 1/2 cup butter.

Joel's Jerk Chicken Pineapple Pasta
I followed the advice of another review and didn't add as much cinnamon and more pineapple juice. It was delicious!!! I will definitely make this again and add some more veggies. Thanks for such an easy and delicious meal!
