Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
this was fantastic! i used chicken breasts cut up because we wanted boneless wings. i doubled the sauce and added 3 tbl white vinegar, 1 tbl worchestire, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder and baked them in the oven with the sauce and they were sooooo delicious! definitely a keeper recipe!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

creamy, sweet, and melt in your mouth goodness. The flaky cresent rolls over a sweet cream cheese filling, and then loaded with butter cinnamon and sugar and baked. what could get better? absolutely fantastic. I made exactly as stated and got rave reviews about it! definitely a keeper!

Very good! I cut the mayo in half after reading the other reviews. Went very well with ritz crackers and super easy too. Definitely a keeper!

German Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
i followed this recipe exactly as it reads, and it was absolutely fabulous. everything turned out great, and my coworkers raved about it! two things:the cakes are difficult to get out of the pan, and I will double to frosting next time as I did not have enough to cover the sides of the cake. other than that, perfect!

Pear and Blue Cheese Pastry Triangles

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2008
This was a delicious blend of flavors. The blue cheese that I used overpowered the delicate flavor of the pear so I would recommend cutting down the amount of blue cheese on each triangle. These were devoured at my Christmas dinner, definitely a keeper!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
this was really good! I didn't have white wine vinegar so I used half white wine and half vinegar. also used pinapple orange juice instead of orange, it's what I had. very yummy and easy though, I will definitely make this again!

this was a fantastic recipe...i made mini sandwiches out of it for a baby shower and they were a hit. seemed to me to have something missing...couldn't figure it out, but it is still very delicious!

i used the suggestion from someone else to use a teaspoon of cinnamon in the batter and 1/2 each of flour, white sugar, and brown sugar in the topping. EXCELLENT. totally recommend it

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2008
this was my first attempt to, 1. cook eggplant and 2. eat eggplant, and same for my husband, and we both ADORE eggplant now. this is a fantastic recipe. The only thing i did differently was to put parm cheese in the bread crumbs. well i also read over the part where I should have peeled the eggplant (OOPS)! It didn't taste any different it was just a bit of a pain to eat the skin was pretty tough! but ya, I will definitely be making this one again!

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
little bites of heaven. I thought these were absolutely fantastic! I only used enough mayo to moisten the mix as suggested by another reviewer, and I quartered my biscuits and used a mini muffin tin. Next time I'll use more bacon too. These were so yummy! A little bit of a pain, but the result is worth it! great finger food to take to partys!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
this was very good, I sauteed my chicken in bbq sauce like it said to in another recipe, and the ingredients listed were enough for me to make two pizzas, but the flavor was very good. I will definitely make this again, will less cilantro next time.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

wonderful flavor, but I don't know if I did something wrong because the chocolate cookie dough turned out very dry once baked and these cookies were very hard to eat...but again, worth it to try doing something differently because they tasted great!

i followed the recipe, except to throw in a zucchini for color and to wait until the last few minutes for the topping so it didn't get soggy. very yummy side dish!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
these were soooo yummy! I took them to christmas dinner and they were the first thing gone. they went quicker than the bacon wrapped water chesnuts which is a feat in of itself!! the only thing I did different was to add some imitation crab meat and some minced green onions, i am very glad to have found this recipe!!!
