Barbeque Chicken

I don't really know why this is called barbeque chicken. It is more like "lemon tangy chicken". It had a good taste. I ended up marinating mine overnight. It was good.

Chicken Divan

I thought this recipe was great. I used about 3/4 cup of mayo and 1/4 cup of sour cream. I also used cayenne pepper (1 tsp) instead of the curry, because I didn't have any curry. Everyone loved how it turned out. This one is a keeper!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

I cooked the ingredients in a cast iron skillet and left it in there to bake. This is the most delicious, moist, cornbread. My Southern husband and his family loved it...you know it must be good!
