Clone of a Cinnabon
OMG!!! Best cinnamon buns ever.
I altered only two things... Changed the cream cheese for mascarpone cheese (that's what I had in my fridge) and I put the cinnamon, brown sugar and butter in a processer and created a cinnamon, sugar paste to spread on the dough (it is much more uniform that way and I saw a how it's made show for cinnabons where that is how they are made).
I highly recommend making these a little more luxirous by using the mascarpone cheese. YUM!!
