Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
I followed other people's suggestion to mash the broccoli with a potato masher and that worked really well. The consistency of the soup was good but it was really, really bland. I tried adding a pinch of nutmeg and some salt and pepper but it was still pasty.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
Tasted great but the recipe could easily be halved -- there was so much dough! I will definitely try it again but make 2 pizzas instead of one.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
The temperature listed was too high and the bird was dried out by the time I took the foil off. My in-laws had to drown it in gravy to make it edible.
