Chow Mein Noodle Casserole
I tried this tonight with leftover turkey instead of hamburger. Instead of regular rice, I made a package of Uncle Ben's wild rice (mushroom flavor) according to the package directions and added it. I also added water chestnuts. It was great!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
AWESOME! Made for a potluck and had lots of requests for the recipe. I added part of a bag of shredded broccoli slaw mix, and sliced some pea pods too. I also added a chopped red bell pepper and some garlic powder. I used linguine instead of bow tie pasta.
