Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Excellent! We added a can of pinto beans and a can of Campbell's Nacho Cheese Soup. I would recommend sauteeing the onions first, and adding cornstarch as others suggested.

Best Tuna Casserole
I made half the recipe and it was perfect for an 8 x 8 casserole dish. I sauteed the onion and added some celery as well. I did add about 1/2 cup of milk to avoid dryness as others suggested. I thought the potato chips on top were great-but the extra cheese on top was a little too much maybe. Great casserole!
