This was so easy, and cheap to make. I am putting this in the meal rotation for sure! I also added some red pepper flakes for some more heat, I'm a bit of a chili head though.

I made this last night and I was worried that it had too much vinegar, but after it cooled in the fridge all night it turned out awesome! I put more cayan for some extra kick and used honey instead of molasses. I used this on Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ from this site and both turned out amazing!

I will NEVER buy pulled pork again! This is so easy and cheap to make I don't know why anyone would go and buy it already made... I put my roast in the crock pot before I went to bed last night and woke up to a fall apart tender pork roast. It almost shreds itself! Use this recipe, it's awesome! I used Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce from this site, both recipies are keepers!
