One Minute Chocolate Icing

I used a 4oz bar of Ghiradelli unsweetened chocolate and this turned out great! This is not icing you could spread on a cake, it sets too quickly and is too fudgy. I poured the warm icing over my cake and it covered it perfectly and looked and tasted great!
