Too good for words!! Use a small head of cabbage tho. Otherwise, make exactly as is. Delicioso!!

Quick and Easy Grilled Potatoes

My family says that potatoes are "boring". After I made this recipe, they ask for them at least twice a week! These are FANTASTIC!! I have found that if you do use a large potato, you need to increase the microwave time accordingly. The Kosher salt sprinkled on the outside gives just the right kick, and it was the first time my kids ate the potato skins too. GREAT RECIPE!!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

My family eats chicken 3-4 times a week. This is undoubtably our favorite recipe! Beautiful color, so juicy, and tender enough to cut with a fork!! I let it marinade while we were at work, and then grilled it. It was DELICIOUS! I even made it with regular Soy sauce, and it was just a tiny bit salty. Since I like salty, it was PERFECT. Great recipe, we will make this over and over!!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I have made this over and over for my picky teenagers and finicky husband. It is so easy and delicious. I drop it all in the crockpot before work, and the house smells great when we come home starving from work. GREAT for working, time crunched Moms!!
