Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
OMG!! This was, by far, the best rib recip and I've tried many. I've fixed this recipe 3 times now and I've gotten rave reviews every time! Please make sure you make the BBQ sauce in this recipe. It is fantastic! The only changes I made were to use only 1 cup of water and 2 TBL. of wiskey instead of just 1 TBL. By accident, I used chili powder instead of red chili pepper for the dry rub. Turns out....I like it better! They taste even more terrific the next day!!

Blackberry Cobbler II
Delicious berry cobbler.....one I will make again and again. Perfect just as the recipe is listed. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Yummmmmm! A definite keeper.

Barbecue Ribs
The best barbeque rib recipe ever! I also boiled the ribs in 3 parts beer and 1 part water for 1 hour. I added 2 Tbls. of liquid smoke and omitted the rum from the sauce. Let the ribs marinate in the sauce for a few hours & the grilled the meat for 20 minutes. Wow! This recipe is definitely a keeper!
