Hasty Chocolate Pudding
I have only made this once and loved it! Next time I will decrease the vanilla to 1 tsp as I found it too strong. I didn't bother with the saran before cooling since I didn't want to put plastic on a hot surface (it actually says so on the plastic wrap box) We don't mind the chocolate film that forms anyways.

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting
Baking time needs to be less or the cake dries out. Used store bought lemon filling b/c of other reviewers complaints of the filling melting into cake. Also added extract to the cake mix in place of vanilla. Refridgerated cake until using and then pulled it out 20-30 minutes prior to eating to warm up. Will likely make again!

Irresistible Double Chocolate Muffins
Not as sweet as you would expect them to be with 1 cup of sugar. The pumpkin taste is completely hidden under the chocolate (so as you'd expect my two-year-old loved them). I substituted whole wheat flour for white without any problem. Overall very tasty and a good combination of good-for-you and a chocolaty treat.
