I'm married to an aussie with 2 small boys,the youngest of whom is about to start school which might mean I have to think about returning to work! I should say paid work because obviously I don't sit around all day drinking coffe. I only do that in the mornings. In the afternoon I drink tea. I love baking, far too much really as I tend to eat most of the results. We get a vegbox delivered every week, this started in attempt to eat more locally and seasonaly and it has revolutionised the way I cook. We eat a much greater variety of veg and many more vegetarian meals. Now instead of deciding what to cook and going out to buy the ingredients. I look in the fridge - see what I've got and decide what to cook from there. The boys love helping me make pizza, kneading the dough and "decorating". It's a regular Friday night treat. Hot cross buns like bricks before I understood what the point of kneading was!
