Cherry Berries on a Cloud

Excellent! I made this for the first time for a Christmas Party at work, everyone loved it, and asked for the recipe. Its airy and light and you can just keep eating it. I used dried egg whites instead and it turned out great.

EXCELLENT! DIDN'T HAVE PECANS SO I SUBSTITUTED HEATH TOFFEE BITS, EVEN BETTER! MINE ONLY TOOK 60 MIN. TO COOK AND I FOLLOWED THE RECIPES EXACTLY.

Honey Bun Cake I

MY HUSBAND WHO IS NOT A HONEY BUN PERSON LOVED THIS CAKE, HE KEPT SAYING THE CAKE WAS CALLING HIM TO EAT IT UP. I ON THE OTHER HAND, A HONEY BUN LOVER WASN'T THRILLED ABOUT BECAUSE IT HAD A CAKEBOX TASTE TO IT. BUT OVERALL IT WAS GOOD, ONLY NEXT TIME I WOULD CUT THE MIDDLE TOPPING IN HALF.

I must say that this time consuming, but it turned out well for me. Only did it come apart after it sat out on the table for awhile, people still ate it and said it was good.

Baked Cream of Coconut

Not good at all, I have good luck with all the recipes I have tried, so I know it was not something I did wrong, plus Im Puerto Rican so I know alot about flan. This was not even close. It tasted too much like rum, too much coconut and the texture was not creamy or custardy.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Very moist, you definitely taste the irish cream with every bite. I did not remove my cake from the pan. I poked the holes and poured the syrup over top and let it soak in. I used an angel cake pan so I did have to invert my cake at all.

Pretzel Salad

Excellent recipe, only make sure that you thaw the strawberries before adding to the jello because your jello will freeze up and not have a smooth texture. Because the recipes didnt specify on the strawberries my jello was lumpy.
