Apple-Nut Coffee Cake
This coffee cake was perfect. The only things I did different were, I added a little more cinnamon, and used pecans instead of walnuts, because that is what I had on hand, and sprinkled a little brown sugar on top. The forty minutes produced a nicely done moist, not mushy, not crumbly cake. Oh! It was quick and easy as well.
