French Toast Fingers

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2008
Yummy! I used to make grilled pb&j's as a kid. The added egg toast gave them the perfect kick. Plus, once I found out I didn't have enough bread, I just threw the extra batter on the grill for some great scrambled eggs! Thank you.

Rhubarb Crumble Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
Yummy! I doubled the rhubarb after reading the reviews and used brown sugar instead of white for the crumble. It was delicious. I actually baked it on the timer for 30 min and then let it sit in the oven for 2 hours, as I had to go out unexpectedly. I was expecting a disaster because of this, but only the very, very outside edge was ruined. The pie was wonderful! I have a ton of rhubarb in my freezer and intend to try this again and see if it turns out as good with frozen rhubarb as it did with the fresh.

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
I love every ingredient in this smoothie and was excited to try it. However, I wasn't very impressed. My one year old only drank half a glass and declared he was "all done" Normally, he would be begging for more. I think it is a little too sweet with the peanut butter and honey. If I try it again, I will omit the honey. I also used frozen bananas, they are a must!
