I was really happy with this recipe. The dough is very wet but I just dusted it with flour then grabbed globs and put them in the cupcake pan. Very fluffy and no nonsense. I double and bake them-use what I need and keep the rest in the freezer and reheat. Thanks....good recipe.

I almost never put up reviews but I have to agree with others...the flavor of this bread is really really good. If there is anything I can add...for whatever reason my yeast was dead and the dough didn't rise. Freaking out over potentially losing three loaves of bread-I added instant yeast directly to the dough and kneaded again-got a reasonable rise but dense bread. Adding more raisins next time as a personal preference and will try retarding the rise a bit more to see if I can pull out even more flavor. Thank you very much for the recipe.
