Awesome, awesome recipe. I basically followed the recipe except that used whole wheat fettucine, sauteed the spinach with some garlic and omitted the white wine (didn't have any on hand). After reading several reviews swearing by the wine and fearing for the dish to be bland, I instead used several dashes of rice wine vinegar to give a little kick. I will definitely make this again & again.

Added all ingredients in the crock pot the night prior and left in fridge while the beans soaked overnight. I used fresh jalepeno, cilantro, and red onion and added everything else as instructed. Due to the advise of another I added 2 packets of sazon which really enhanced the flavor. I opted also not to puree half the soup (my blender is broken). The soup came out perfect and not hot at all - the entire family loved it. I will make this again.

These are very yummy indeed. I omitted the bell pepper simply because we didn't have any on hand, but it turned out great. I also made them into tacos instead of a burrito. My vegetarian hubby and I loved them.

This was the first muffin recipe that attempted to prepare. I wanted a recipe that included poppy seeds in it. The main problem was when the muffins were finally baked through some still came out rubbery while others were normal. In addition, the recipe was a tad too sweet for my taste - I will omit the glaze next time around. Some of my co-workers loved them & others thought they were too sweet as well.

Oh my goodness, this recipe was wonderful. With some advice from others I added the brown sugar, almond extract, and cinnamon. These were a big hit with my family especially my kids. I will definitely make them again. These were also really easy to make.

This brine made all the difference in my first turkey. I rubbed the bird with some salt then warmed up the water & other items plus added the additional salt. I wanted to ensure the salt dissolved. I placed in a clean, garbage bag & placed in the fridge. I had to omit the thyme because I had none on hand & used what I did have. The only thing negative to say was that while the bird was perfect the drippings came out too salty. When I used the drippings for the gravy & stuffing they both were edible but too salty for my taste. Nevertheless, I look forward to using this recipe again especially with chicken.

Wonderful starter recipe for my first roasted chicken. My family was VERY impressed! The chicken was cooked perfectly and was moist & juicy. The gravy was also excellent. I will definitely cook this again. Thanks.

Tasty new twist to an old favorite. While my husband & son love French Toast I've never enjoyed it until trying this variation. Similar to Helge I used whole wheat bread, sugar-free preserves, organic milk & eggs, and cinnamon. I also substituted some Splenda instead of confectioners sugar. I can't wait to make this again especially with cream cheese. YUMMY!!
