About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
I once tried making a coconut curry rice dish (I had had one at a restaurant a couple days prior). My boyfriend came grocery shopping with me. I had no recipe and didn't think I would need one...I thought I had it all figured out. Well long story short my boyfriend talked me into using a real coconut, since they don't have much liquid inside I put the coconut through a juicer and used it that way. I added sugar (big mistake - I only thought it would need sugar - I had never seen a recipe for anything like it before)...Tasted horrible..I tried fixing it by adding different spices...in the end it taste to bad to even eat....trashed it. I don't know what I was thinking. The next time I made it I bought a little jar of green curry paste and followed the recipe on the side..Delicious.

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies
Amazing! Very very easy and tasty. I halved the recipe, used more oats and used olive margarine. I will be making these again.

Didn't look appealing. Bland.

Soft Christmas Cookies
I thought these would be better than they actually were. I used butter instead of the margarine and they still were a bit disappointing. The dough was easy to work with. The taste was boring (even with royal frosting).
