Red Lentil Curry
I make this all the time. However, I use madras curry paste instead of the curry powder and paste and I use a big can of diced tomatoes instead of the pureed ones. I also like to toss in some frozen peas. I serve with roti instead of rice. So, so yummy!

Whole Wheat Pita Bread
I used all purpose flour instead of the soy flour and white sugar instead of the molasses. I also added about 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a bit more water to make the dough more workable. I fried these in a non-stick pan on top of the stove and they turned out nice and fluffy. A very good recipe, with some minor adjustments.

Onion Brie Pizza
I made some changes to this one. I used pre-made cresent rolls instead of the hot roll mix and I only used about half of one large spanish onion, I couldn't have fit much more on the pizza. I also swapped out the almonds for pine nuts, because that's what I had. It was a very tasy appetizer! Yummy!
