Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
FABULOUS! I've made this 4 times already in a 2 day period. Each time I varied the fruit (only slightly), and so far the best combo is diced fresh strawberries, kiwi, and peaches with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of apricot preserves. I do not make the chips, but instead just discovered that Wheat Thins now makes cinnamon flavored. They are perfect with this salsa. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy!
