Creamy Chili Sauce

Pumpkin Bars I
Thought this was good, but not great. Needed more "spices" to play off the pumpkin. Will try making it again adding more spice to the ingredients since I did like the fact that the "cake" was very moist! I made a homemade cream cheese frosting which was just perfect!

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs
Wow, what great flavors! I was a little timid in using 1/4 cup of cajun seasonings, so I used 4 Tbsp. instead. Still had enough "kick" to it with the Chipotle BBQ sauce I used, and got rave reviews! Will make this again for my next get-together!
