Maple-Pecan Pork Chops
Not bad...I used whole grain garlic mustard instead. The pecans and maple syrup gave it just the right flavor. My chops were too thin though. A bit tough for the cook time given.

Beefy Tomatoes
Well liked by the family. I may add fresh garlic next time. Yummy and healthy! I also used ground buffalo.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
This was a fabulously easy dish. A winner! The fresh rosemary really makes it! And the basting!!!
