Parmesan Baked Potatoes
bland and the family didn't like it. My husband joked & said I ruined a good potato. We just like a little POW to our meals. I am going to try it again but add red pepper, parsley flakes, garlic & onion powder and paparika. So for us it was a good starter recipe. Thanks

Swiss Chicken Casserole I
simple and I liked it. Though I browned the chicken first and put a chicken bouillon soup and heated it up. Why? Well, it takes out some of the fat intake.

Ian's Potato-Vegetable Soup
It was ok but a little bland for our taste so I had to add some garlic powder, red pepper, added a little more of this and that and used chicken stock instead and it needed a lot more water and stock than the recipe called for.
