Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Easy & Delicious pumpkin cheesecake recipe. I tweaked it a little bit. add 1/2 tsp more vanilla extract , 1/2 tsp more of cinnamon, 1/4 cup more of sugar, 1 cup more of pumpkin puree and 1 more package of cream cheese. Also, this made for 2 cheesecakes. So i used 2-9inch prepared graham cracker crusts. Baked it for 1 hour. turned the temp off, opened the door and let the cheesecakes sit for 30 minutes. removed them from oven and let sit on counter for 1 hour. Then refrigerated for 4 hours. No cracks! beautiful presentation with the 2 layers..and soo freakin good! will be making more often not just thanksgiving. A must try!!

Extra-Easy Spinach Lasagna
My Favorite Lasagna Recipe by Far! Have made it 5 times for family get togethers.Love that one cant even taste the spinach! I usually get the Ragu or Prego sauce with mushrooms. This is definetely a keeper! for all those busy moms like myself that dont have the time to make their own sauce.Word of advice, wait about 25 minutes before digging in for this lasagna hold its shape. Enjoy you wont be dissapointed!
