Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Easy & Delicious pumpkin cheesecake recipe. I tweaked it a little bit. add 1/2 tsp more vanilla extract , 1/2 tsp more of cinnamon, 1/4 cup more of sugar, 1 cup more of pumpkin puree and 1 more package of cream cheese. Also, this made for 2 cheesecakes. So i used 2-9inch prepared graham cracker crusts. Baked it for 1 hour. turned the temp off, opened the door and let the cheesecakes sit for 30 minutes. removed them from oven and let sit on counter for 1 hour. Then refrigerated for 4 hours. No cracks! beautiful presentation with the 2 layers..and soo freakin good! will be making more often not just thanksgiving. A must try!!
