Lemon Herb Barbeque Sauce for Chicken
If you taste test this by dipping your finger in, you might not be so impressed. I didn't have time to marinate, but it didn't matter. Once the chicken is cooked, however, the flavor is outstanding. In fact, we had leftover chicken, and it tasted even more delicious the next day on broiled sandwiches. I highly recommend this recipe and I'm about to use it again for tonight's meal.

Monkey Bread I
This recipe is a hit whenever I make it! I recommend using buttermilk biscuits and upping the cinnamon a bit. I also use a round cake pan and the recipe turns out fine (although probably not as pretty). My 2 year-old loves to help me make this. We just tear the biscuits up and then she shakes up the ziploc with the cinnamon/sugar mixture to coat them. I don't usually flip the recipe onto a plate - we just pull it from the pan. Love this recipe!

Creamy Chicken Lasagna
This is a wonderful, basic recipe that is easily altered to taste. I use it with no-boil lasagna noodles and add 2 gloves of garlic. It's also delicious with spinach to give it some texture (it can be a bit runny). I also recommend using ground beef instead of chicken for variety (use beef bullion). My husband is crazy about this recipe!
