Chicken Milano
Really good!!.. I didnt have heavy cream so i used whole milk and 2 tbls of corn starch. Also, I did double the recipe so it was very creamy. I didnt have sundried tomatoes but I had a sundried tomato pesto and used that instead..worked perfectly!!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
LOVED THIS!!! It was sooooo easy to make. I did pound out the breasts to cut downn on the cooking time which worked perfectly. The chicken came out nice and moist...!!

Baked Dijon Salmon
This really tasted good. At first I wasnt sure after reading the reviews but its very tasty. I added a few of my own spices to the salmon (salt, pepper) but other than that I made it to the recipe..I would advise to cut down on the bread crumbs. You dont need that much..
