Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Added 1tsp. vanilla, an extra 1/4 cup flour and extra 1/2 cup oats. Also added 1/2 c. raisins. My husband loves these.

Rosemary Marlin with Roasted Corn and Tomato Relish
This was very tasty. I didn't have fresh basil or corn so I used dried basil and canned nibblets. Also chopped round tomatoes. I reduced the salt from 2 tsp. to 1/2tsp. Worked well.

Sweet Coated Pecans
Great recipe and so easy. I cut down the cinnamon and used the nuts chopped up in salads as well as just for nibbling.
