Cake Balls
I absolutely love these and have made them several times. There are endless possibilities. I always use half a container of icing though. The entire container is way too much. I also put the balls in the freezer for a little while before dipping. This makes them much easier to handle. I first saw these on the Bakerella website. She does all sorts of things with these and has different designs for every holiday.
