Famous Chicken Francaise
This was fabulous! Great balance of flavors, great texture (I did add a couple teaspoons of flour to the simmering broth and let it go for an additional five minutes to really thicken it), my whole family loved it! I served it over fettucine and with my asiago asparagus and carrots as a side. A keeper, for sure. Thanks for sharing it!
