I enjoy baking and making desserts, as I'm a junk food junkie at heart! As far as cooking goes; I make a lot of casseroles as they tend to be easy to make and I'm still a beginner in the kitchen. Making Christmas cookies with my mom each year. Between the two of us, we each have cookie recipes that we make and then we rotate a new kind of two each year. We've found new favorites this way, and family, friends and neighbors love the cookie platters that go out for the holidays!!! In Each year we general made well over 1,000 cookies!!
