I have 3 children, 3 dogs, a cat and a husband. I work for 3 of the best pediatricians in the universe at A to Z Pediatrics in Caseyville, IL. I love my family, my pets, my husband and the entire staff at my office - and consider the whole lot of them family. I love to cook anything. I love to bake anything. Just "playing" with all of my kitchen gadgets makes me happy. I love to measure and pour and sift and stir.. the whole process brings me joy, no matter the outcome. When my boyfriend (now husband) told me how much he did not like chili.. and then proceeded to mow through 5 bowls of mine.. and he begs for it at least once a week now.. how's that for a major food conversion!!! A recipe for pasta that used smashed anchovies... even the dog wouldn't eat it!
