Sweet 'N' Sour Meat Loaf
I am not a meatloaf lover but my husband is. I didn't like this at all and my husband said it was *okay*. Won't make this again.

Apple Snack Squares
A little sweet so I will cut back on the sugar as suggested in other reviews but it was delicious! The butterscotch really sets it off. Believe the recipe when it says thick!

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy
This was just okay. After reading reviews, wanted to make sure I didn't over-do the juices and probably could have used more. A little bland. We'll give it one more try.
