Salmon with Tomatoes

This is delicious and so easy! I made it a few weeks ago, and am making again tonight. My Kids (5 and 9) LOVED it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Spicy Sweet Potatoes

An Awesome not sooooo sweet take on sweet potatos. I am always looking for a way to "trim the fat" and these were great without all the added sugar and butter! Thank you for sharing.

Butternut Squash Supreme

This was Excellent!! My husband is a very picky veggie eater and he LOVED this, so did my 3 yr. old son. I did sautee the onion to soften it before adding to the mixture, otherwise I follwed the recipe exactly. Thanks for a great way to serve squash.
