Honeyed Pork Chops
I would marinate next time b/c it lacked deep flavor. I followed recipe to a T & it was dry (I cooked -covered- for 45 min). I gave 2 stars b/c the sauce had potential, but was too thin. It didn't thicken enough to stick to the chops which would have helped add more flavor to meat.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
Great soup, once I didn't have tom. juice and another I didn't have whipping cream. I searched for substit: 1 C Wh. cream= 1/3 c melted butter + 3/4 c milk. Since others commented on richness the site also gave a sub for 1 C light wh.cream - 3 Tbl. melted butter +3/4 milk. (light version was plenty rich enough) 3 C of Tomato juice = 2 1/2 c h2O + 6 oz tomato paste. When I used the substit. the recipe still came out great tasting!

Kettle Corn
Our family are kettle corn hounds at our soccer tournaments - this is IT! My daughter had to incr the sugar to 1/3 cup, and add salt to make it just like the guy at the tourney makes it! :) THANKS FOR THE RECIPE!
