No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Delicious!!! I took an idea from a different recipe and coarsely chopped 5 peanut butter cups and added it to the pie filling. I also read the instructions wrong and only added 8oz of cool-whip instead of 16oz. Therefore I did not have enough filling for 2 pie crusts, but definately more than enough for one. I've made it twice in the last week and everybody that has tried it has raved about it. (Actually, the recipe is so easy to make that the second time my 7&9 yr. old daughters made it by themselves.) I'm sure we'll be making this again.
