Tomato Gorgonzola Soup
I personally could have done without the bell pepper. I also blended the soup so it wasn't as chunky, halved the cream cheese, and upped the gorgonzola. Next time i'll probably use plain rice milk and fresh tomatoes if they're in season and nix the pepper. But i will make again; it was very good. I really enjoyed the combination of gorgonzola and tomato. Thanks :)

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Really good cookies. I added a 1/2 tsp. ground cloves and a splash of milk and veganized the ingredients. I also left the cookies in for a bit longer. Turned out great.

Rae's Vegetarian Chili
This chili was much better than the previous recipe I tried. The only thing I did differently was cooking it in a slow cooker. Delicious, and full of protein and fiber.
