PHILLY Creamy Rice, Chicken and Spinach Dinner
I liked this dish. It's not for everybody but if you like spinach and tomatoes it's great! My grocery store didn't have the dressing so I browned the chicken in olive oil first and then went ahead with the other ingredients. If you wanted some crunch, you could chop up some water chestnuts. I'll make this again!

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups
This is fabulous! I used a regular onion, marinara sauce instead of alredo, and I added fresh mushrooms with the onion and spinach...my daughter said I must make lasagna this way every time. It's a great no meat meal that I will make over and over!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
The best way I have found so far to mix the cake mix and butter is to let the butter sit to room temp and mix it in with the cake mix that way and crumble on top. The butter is even and perfect. I make this with peaches cherry/pineapple, blackberry, strawberry, anything!
