Honey Almond Chicken
I gave it three stars because it was very moist, but taste-wise it was missing something. I also added french fried onions about 5 min. before the end of baking time and only baked it for 30 min. The sauce is a bit bland, I probably won't make it again

Asparagus and Smoked Salmon Salad
i would let the ingredients marinate for a little while and then add the lettuce at the end. I substituted two cans of wild alaskan salmon instead of the smoked and used romain instead of red leaf. I think next time I am going to use red onion to give it some color, but other than that its a very good recipe.

All American Roast Beef
The flavor was awesome. I took the advice of others and made add beef broth with shallots at the bottom of my roasting pan. I did make the mistake of taking the advice of the butcher and cooking it at 325 instead of what the recipe says. It turned out too tough, next time i will follow the recipe to a tee.
