Venison Steak with Peppers and Onions
This was a great way to cook venison - I omitted the curing salt as I did not have any and didn't think it would need it.

Grilled Venison Backstrap
Awesome recipe - I did use McCormicks Steak seasoning on this before grilling and I cooked it over and open fire with tamarack. Best venison recipe ever. Way to go.
