Grilled Teriyaki Tuna
This may be my new teriyaki marinade for all meats. I used lower sodium teriyaki sauce and added 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger (I only made 2 servings). I let the tuna marinade for about 2 1/2 hours. Afterwords, I took the suggestion of another reviewer and reduced the remaining marinade and served it over the tuna.

Easy Beer Bread Mix
I have made this recipe multiple times and always get rave reviews. Some say that this recipe is better than a certain home party brand. But I do cheat a pair the bread with the pre-made dip mix blends from that company. I will be making this again and do follow the recipe completely.

Lemon Barbeque Meatloaf
This is my favorite meatloaf recipe. My mother would always make it when I was home on a college break. This was my first attempt at making it. I'm not a big clove fan, so I excluded the ground cloves. And I used extra-lean ground beef, Egg Beaters and light bread to make the recipe a little healthier. Delicious!
