Easy Cream Cheese Danish
I liked the idea of a quick and easy danish recipe but the end result was nothing like a flaky, delicious, baked good I was craving. Next time I'll start from scratch to hopefully get a better result.

Pepper Rice and Confetti Beef
The beef and peppers were colorful, but would benefit with something either sour or spicy. The green onions in the rice were good but the chicken stock didn't add much flavor and that will be the last time I use the stovetop to cook the rice as it burned some and undercooked other parts.

Coconut Sevai (Rice Noodles)
Had I read the review prior to trying this I would have known to first precook the lentils...raw lentils don't stir-fry they turn into little tiny stones, even had I not made the critical error the recipe didn't bring enough coconut flavor for me, if I made again might add some coconut milk or cream.
