Aunt Fannie's Dinner
This recipe needed some tweaking, which I knew before I tried it. I added almost 2 tbsp of chili powder and a dash of red cayenne pepper and a dash of cumin as well. Also 4 times the pasta and sprinkle with shredded cheddar at the table. YUM YUM

Cherry Almond Coffeecake
This is a great and super easy recipe. It would be great with other pie fillings too.....apple, blueberry or another mixed berry. I used yellow cake because thats what I had on hand and since I didn't have the almonds I skipped it and it was still fabulous! Especially served warm!

Flatlander Chili
I almost followed this exactly and it was excellent. I only had 3 (8oz) cans of tomato sauce. I used 1 lb of ground turkey & 1 lb of ground hamburger which I added the onion, minced garlic, salt & pepper to. I added an add'l yellow pepper w/ the green. I also added a large can of pinto beans and 1 small can of kidney beans. Overall this was a great recipe, I wouldn't mind adding a can of diced tomato's as well. Might try that next time. **BIG HIT**
