I have made these now with mint Oreos , White Chocolate Oreos , these are so easy and rich, a little goes a long way, great Christmas Candy with just a little colored icing drizzled on top, I did not sprinkle Cookie on after dipping in Chocolate ,You need to be fast for that but a drizzle of white chocolate makes them really shine.

I made this last week and it's gone ! making more this week great gift in a jar take one to eat and one as hostess gift ,followed recipe exact ,it was so easy using a food processor.
