Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Wow! These are lovely and pumpkiny! I used pumpkin puree like any others and then I added a tsp of pumpkin pie spice. The rest is the original and they were WONDERFUL!!!!!

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
YUM, without the water chestnuts. I did put water chestnuts in it once when I made it and didn't like it but I made it another time without and loved it. I also served it with hawaiian sweet bread. It was wonderful!

Seven Layer Taco Dip
Absolutely fantastic. This is the best 7 layer dip I have ever had. I don't even like green onions and green peppers but it was fantastic.
