Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

I have never had soda bread before and this was a great surprise. I don't know how I did'nt see sugar in the recipe but I did'nt and so mine did'nt have any sugar!!It tasted like a giant moist buttermilk biscuit. I'm glad I did'nt add sugar . It was delicous with corned beef and cabbage. It makes wonderful toast the next day,

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

This is a pretty cake. Make sure and don't overbake it. It was a lot of work and a lot of clean up but would be worth it for a special occasion. My only problem was with the cream cheese filling. I thought it could be sweeter and needed a little vanilla.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

Delicious, but start checking after 40 minutes. I have made it twice. The first time I baked if for 55 minutes and it was a little dry. The second time I baked it for 47 minutes and it was still a little dry. Nrxt time I'm going to try 40 minutes.

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes

Delicous and easy. My huband liked these better than real crab cakes. Make sure and squeeze all the water out of your zucchini.Recipe is perfect as written. Thank you so much for this recipe.

Zucchini Cobbler

Crazy!! I was skeptical until the first bite. I had 5 huge zucchini sitting on the counter and was running out of ideas. This was delicous and we liked it better than the apple crisp I usually make. Can't wait to take some to a family function. Thanks a bunch for this recipe.

Louisiana Shrimp Creole II

This was very disappointing. I made these changes and it turned out fantastic. First I used tomatoes with chillies and peppers, cut the cornstarch in half, tripled the chili powder,added 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning and added 1/2 teaspoon old bay.

Bread Machine Rolls

These are the best bread machine rolls I have ever tasted. They taste just like sarah lee dinner rolls. I baked them and let them cool before putting in a bread bag and freezing. When we want rolls with dinner I wrap a couple in foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. FANTASTIC everytime. Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe!!

Crab Stuffed Flounder

Delicous and beautiful. The only reason I didn't give this recipe 5 stars is because I made some changes.I sauteed 1 clove of garlic in butter and lemon juice, brushed that on the cod. I then added mushrooms a little lemon juice and onions to the stuffing. I drizzled the rest of the butter,garlic,lemon mixture over the stuffing.I added a little horseradish and cayenne pepper to the sauce.The result was to die for. I will be making this often. Thanks for the recipe!!

Fish Fillets Italiano

This was GREAT!!! My husband loved it and even called from work the next day to thank me for a delicous dinner. I used spicy tomatoes and added chopped green pepper. This is a keeper for sure. Thanks for this easy great recipe!

Glazed Corned Beef

Fantastic!! I don't make corned beef that often because my husband doesn't much care for it,but he loved it. He ate a huge portion and then finished mine! Didn't change a thing and have a lot of glaze left over to use on chicken. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

If you are not a big fan of curry, you won't want to try this recipe. I spent 20 minutes trying to fix it and never could.It has a wierd taste. I like curry in some things but NOT in tuna salad.
