Salisbury Steak
Really enjoyed this one. We normally buy the frozen salisbury steaks and were ready for a change. The meat was moist and tender and very tasty. I was a little worried though, when most of my gravy mix was either soaked up in the meat or cooked off. So after removing the meat from the pan I added another 1/4 cup of water to the drippings so that we would have enough gravy for the meat and our mashed potatoes. I am thinking I will probably double the gravy next time and maybe add some fresh mushrooms :)
