Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
Very good! this was my first time to make fudge and so I followed the recipe exactly. I do believe that maybe next time I will use less sugar as others suggested but I am quite please with my first timer results!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
very good! I did opt to follow some other suggestions and use a small portion of the sugar/ketchup mix in the bottom of the pan and the majority on top as a glaze. I think that is my own personal preference.

Japanese Chicken Wings
I followed the recipe exactly. While the flavor was decent, I was not blown away. The sugar was a bit much. And I think maybe I should have followed some others advise and avoided the egg/flour/butter fry in the beginning and just seasoned the chicken and baked a bit longer.
