White Chocolate Blondies

I made this recipe but instead of chocolate chips, I used white chocolate chips and added dried cherries. It is delicious! The recipe is easy and fast as well.

Great and easy to make! This recipe makes a ton for just two of us. We made half and froze the other half.

Delicious! I only let them sit for about 30 minutes, but they were still fluffy. Really yummy pancakes!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2009
These muffins were excellent! I didn't change a thing in the recipe and they were perfect. Moist, sweet, and the crumb topping really puts it over the top. I'll be making this recipe again and again.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2009
This was okay on chicken but a little too much artichoke for our tastes. It dominated everything else. However, I mixed the leftover artichoke topping with about a half a package of cream cheese and heated it up as a dip and it was Wonderful! We dipped tortilla chips into it and it was much better than the first night on the chicken. If I made this again, I'll just make it as a dip and skip the chicken.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2009
This is my go-to recipe for cream cheese frosting. I love it! Best of all, you can adjust the sweetness just by adding more or less sugar. I find 4 cups makes it very sweet, so I'll use that much for cupcakes or angel food cake, but use less for carrot cake or anything where I really want the cream cheese flavor to dominate. Yum!

Sunflower Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
I love broccoli salad, but this was just missing something to me. I'm not sure what it needs but it needs something. I'll make it again but I might add more vinegar next time or red onion for a little more bite.

Yellow Chess Cake

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
This cake was simple to make and tasted so good! My husband loved it, as did everyone we shared it with. It's not the prettiest thing, but the taste is amazing so well worth it. I will definitely make this again.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
I tried these cookies with vanilla pudding mix instead of chocolate and it didn't go well. For the first batch, I followed the directions and baked for 10 minutes at 375. The cookies weren't done at all, I put them back in the oven and ended up burning them. The second batch was put in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then I sliced them and baked them at 350 for about 15 minutes and they came out perfect. Great dipped in milk! Good recipe, but next time, I cook lower and slower.
