Apricot Glazed Chicken
I thought this dish was fantastic! It was just sweet enough and so yummy. Super easy to make too. I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder before browning in evoo and also made a little extra sauce. Served with long grain rice. It was delicious and simple and healthy. Can't wait to make this again!

Rotini Chicken Casserole
It wasn't bad. I would give it three and a half stars if I could. It was a little bit bland for me. If I made it again I would try cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken soup because to me it has more flavor. Also, I needed about 20 more mins uncovered to heat through.. maybe my casserole dish was too deep.

Ziti Lasagna
This recipe was so easy and so yummy. I left out the onions b/c BF doesn't like them... he is a picky eater but LOVED this dish.
