About this Cook
I'm in my early twenties. I have two daughters, Leila (8) and Lillian (4). We share a home with my mom and my boyfriend. I enjoy making good food for my family. Even if i hate doing the dishes afterwards.
My favorite things to cook
I love desserts!! Especially baked goods so i make them pretty frequently.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite family cooking tradition has to be making sugar cookies for Christmas. Every year my mom and my two sisters would bake and decorate dozens of cookies. It was good messy fun.
My cooking triumphs
My cheesecakes have been my biggest triumph. I've only made one that came out not so great.
My cooking tragedies
I know i've had some cooking tragedies, but i cant think of a specific disaster.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV
This recipe was went over well with my whole family. Even my pickiest eater cleaned her plate. Before making this i read many of the reviews so i made a few modifications. I doubled the amount of sauce and added about half a cup of an Italian cheese blend to it. I used fresh mushrooms which i sauteed with 2 cloves of minced garlic. And i used a 13 ounce box of spaghetti. I ended up with extra white sauce, which will be great for keeping re-heated leftovers from being to dry.

Cocktail Meatballs I
These were ok. They werent the best meatball i've ever had, but they certainly werent the worst either. My children (ages 7 and 3) did not like them. I might make them again if i need a party/potluck dish.
