Fluffy Pancakes
Just made these. Here's the scoop: I can burn any pancake, get any pancake hopelessly stuck to the pan, and make flat any fluffy recipe. These are the first pancakes I have ever made that were absolutely FOOLPROOF! Fabulous, fluffly, and cook perfectly. Soooo glad I doubled the recipe (which I followed exactly) because they are flying!!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Followed the recipe exactly and it tastes salty and has a strong baking powder taste. Also, they just don't cook well. They burn before they bubble on top, and I'm not a noob pancake maker, so I know how to heat a griddle :)

Seafood Pasta Salad
Simply awesome! I increased the dressing by half, since everyone else did. I added shredded carrots and cubed avocado, since I had some to get rid of. I also added Old Bay for no other reason than that I'm from Maryland :) This is a really flexible salad, I don't think you can go wrong with it!
